First pipeline shipped end to end. I sat there watching clean numbers fall into place and grinned at my screen like an idiot. Worth it.
Caught myself waiting for someone to hand me permission. Nobody was coming with it. So I stopped waiting and just started.
Day 30 of boiled chicken and potatoes. Sounds miserable. Honestly, I've rarely felt more in control of anything — turns out discipline is its own kind of freedom.
It finally clicked that product sense and data depth aren't two different jobs. They're the same instinct, just pointed in opposite directions.
A late night with the people who just get it. We didn't solve anything. We didn't need to. Keeping this one.
